The registration fee covers the cost of many things including banquet on Saturday night, munchies on Friday evening and Saturday morning. The deadline for receipt of payment is June 1. It is possible to pay at the door if prior arrangements have been made. The full refund of fees cannot be made after May 1 due to contractual obligations regarding guarantees.
